Unfortunately, we do not accept single passenger bookings in advance and we do not have a waitlist. You are welcome to check the day prior to travel after 4pm if there is any single seat availability by calling 07 4946 9102 or sending an email to res@helireef.com.au

Please note:
- Helireef provides transfers by helicopter and aeroplane to and from most Whitsunday Resort Destinations.
- Maximum allowable luggage is one medium suitcase weighing up to 20kg’s and one standard carry-on item weighing up to 10kg’s per person.
- Maximum body weight allowable is 130kg’s.
- Please be aware of our cancellation policy before booking.
- From 1 April 2026, a 10% Sunday and Queensland Public Holiday surcharge applies to all HeliReef Whitsunday services. The surcharge amount will be displayed as a separate line item during the booking process, in addition to the base fare.
